Disclaimer
What a Lepro brief, review or pack is, and what it is not. This applies to everything Lepro produces, including the map.
Draft of 19 October 2026. The legal entity, contact address and governing details are placeholders until the business is registered.
Prepared for internal evaluation
Every Lepro output carries this label: “Prepared for internal evaluation. Not a Public Report under the JORC Code; not prepared or reviewed by a Competent Person.”
- Not a JORC Code or NI 43-101 Public Report. Lepro does not prepare Public Reports, Independent Geologist's Reports, Competent Person or Qualified Person statements, Mineral Resource or Ore Reserve estimates, or valuations. A company listed on the ASX, NZX, TSX or another exchange must not publish, restate or rely on Lepro values in reporting to investors without its own Competent Person and the exchange's rules for historical estimates.
- Historic values are historic Exploration Results. Values from old reports are as reported at the time, converted to modern units by us (for example, pence per cubic yard at the gold price the report prints, to grams per cubic metre). They are unverified in the field, may contain transcription or original errors, and do not imply that economic mineralisation exists. “Target” means a place to go and look, not a resource.
- Locations can be approximate. Many old reports use local grids. Where a value is pinned to a named flat, claim or report footprint rather than an exact spot, the brief says so.
- Generated from public data as at a stated date and not field-verified. Permit status, land status and geology come from public layers that go out of date. Check the NZP&M register and the cited sources before acting.
- Not legal advice on land access. Land status comes from the layers listed on Data and sources only. Prospecting, exploration and mining need a permit under the Crown Minerals Act 1991; entry needs an access arrangement with the owner and occupier, and DOC for conservation land; ground disturbance may need resource consents and, for pre-1900 sites, an authority from Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga. Lepro outputs never authorise entry onto any land.
- Not financial advice. Lepro does not give recommendations or opinions about acquiring or disposing of shares or any other financial advice product (Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, s 431C). Investor evidence packs are factual and contain no buy, sell, rating or valuation language.
Our duty of care
We take reasonable care: every number is cited to its source page, a second independent read checks transcribed values, and each output states its confidence and caveats. If you buy a Lepro product as a consumer (for personal, domestic or household use, which includes most hobby prospecting), the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies: the service must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and be fit for its stated purpose, and nothing in this disclaimer or our terms takes those rights away. This disclaimer explains the limits of the product; it is not an attempt to contract out of the Act.
Open the cited page before relying on a number, and tell us if something is wrong.
