Terms of use
The terms for using the Lepro website, your account, the map and Lepro documents.
Draft of 19 October 2026. The legal entity, contact address and governing details are placeholders until the business is registered.
1. Who we are
“Lepro”, “we” and “us” means the operator of Lepro (legal entity to be confirmed). Contact us through the request access form.
2. The pilot
Lepro is in a pilot. Features change and the service may be unavailable at times. Prices shown on the website are indicative; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details and API keys to yourself, and tell us if you think they have been misused. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
4. Orders, delivery and revisions
An order covers the documents you chose for the area you drew. We may ask you questions while a job is in progress; work pauses until you answer. Each document includes three revisions: requests to correct or extend it within its original scope. A change of area or document type is a new order.
5. What you may do with Lepro documents
- Use them for your own internal evaluation, and share them with your advisers, partners and financiers for that purpose.
- Do not resell or republish them, present them as a Public Report, or use them in disclosure to investors (see the disclaimer).
- Do not scrape, bulk-download or reconstruct the source archive through Lepro. Read the source reports at NZP&M, where they are published.
- Do not use Lepro to enter land, prospect or mine without the permits, access arrangements and consents the law requires.
6. Intellectual property
Our analysis, transcriptions, extracted data, scores, maps and software belong to us. Source data belongs to its owners and is used under their licences, credited on Data and sources. Open-file company reports belong to their authors; we cite and link them, and we do not sell them.
7. Payment and refunds
Prices are in NZD and exclude GST, which is added at checkout where it applies. If we cannot deliver a document you paid for, we refund it. The full refund policy will be set out here before general sale.
8. Consumer and business customers
If you are a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 that these terms do not limit. We will carry out our services with reasonable care and skill.
If you use Lepro for the purposes of a business, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply (section 43), to the extent the law allows, and that our total liability to you in connection with a document is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or of an opportunity, or for decisions to apply for permits, drill, buy or invest.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will tell account holders of material changes. New Zealand law governs these terms and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
